Our commitment to a secure shipping means we never compromise on food safety. During the warmer months, even our most resilient cured meats, such as Salame Fabriano and Dry Sausages, can be affected by extreme transit temperatures.
To guarantee that the products reach your table in perfect condition, we have implemented the following safety protocols for all shipments:
Isothermal Containers: We use high-density thermal packaging to maintain a stable internal microclimate, shielding the products from external heat.
Eutectic Plates (Cold Packs): Every box is equipped with certified eutectic cooling plates to provide a constant and controlled low temperature throughout the journey.
Summer Hiatus: Despite these technologies, we choose to suspend shipping during peak summer (June–September) to eliminate any residual risk from extreme heatwaves.
