BioFavole is a small family run farm that for decades deals with the cultivation of organic fruits and vegetables in the Valdaso counrtryside. In 2016 the company begun the official path for the recognition of organic certification to give life to a new project: to turn fruit into real “fruit fairy tales”, always with the intention to preserve the ancient methods of production and authentic recipes of the Mediterrean Diet. The name Biofavole means “Organic Fairy Tales”. Taking care of yourself and of the ones you love by eating healthy is a way of living a beautiful fairy tale. A line of products designed to guarantee a tasty and balanced meal. Two special ingredients : healthy fruit and vegetables at 0km and respect for nature. This is the added value of a young company but with deep roots in traditions, which has made the idea of combining quality and goodness its mission. Biofavole carefully chooses and selects the raw materials to obtain genuine and safe products, preservatives-free and additives-free. All products are obtained only from seasonal fruit or vegetables and are suitable to be eaten at all ages. .

Truffle World was born from its founder's dream. In fact, Daniele Violoni, better known as "the Lord of Truffle", started up his business in order ro innovate truffle experience and excite anyone who approaches the world of this precious Earth's Diamond. Daniele's mission is to provide all gourmet and food lovers with a sensory gastronomic experience through the truffle and its specialties, leading to unforgettable moments of pleasure.



A passion, for wine, trasmitted by generations, rooted in vineyards of Liberi’s family, of which Pier Francesco keep the eredity going with success since 2016, making reality his grandfather’s dream: work for an entire year the fruit with accuracy, subliming it with the vinification. Experience and researches, comparisons and studies have taken NUMA to represent a real institution in the winery sector: from 2016 to 2019 Pier Francesco has dedicated to the territory, between olive trees and vineyards, reaching the maturity necessary to realize his project, source of the work Since 1997, from his grandfather, modern fan of biological agriculture, and from the experimental micro vinification done during the harvest period, useful for the research of the best way of vinification and conservation of the product. Since 2019 Pier Francesco Liberi has decided to vinify the white and red grapes born in his territories; after an accurate harvest, work and conservation, since 2021 over 10 thousands bottles a year are present on the market, mainly addressed to a customer that can appreciate the effort and the results achieved thanks to a sperimetation and research.


Antico Frantoio Alessandrini Oilmill has been producing high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil using cold-pressing system with granite milstones and presses for over 50 years. The processing of olive follows the old olive oil tradition methods. The company stands out for its artisanl identity and for managing the entire production chain: from the olive trees' plantation to the packaging of the final product
