NAME: Marche passerina IGP
FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 2020
AGE OF VINEYARDS: 15 years
SOIL: basically clayey mix.
YIELD PER HECTARE: 70 quintals/ha
TRAINING: double Guyot from 4000 vines/ha for older plants to 4500 vines/ha for more recent plants.
HARVEST: manual harvest with selection of the bunches.
VINIFICATION: the selected grapes are stored in a cold room until the desired values are reached. Subsequently the grapes are processed in white at a controlled temperature for about 30 days.
AGING: 3/4 months in steel at controlled temperature.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 10/12 C°
Tasting Notes
View: straw yellow color with green reflections, clear
Nose: the aromas present recall a floral bouquet of citrus fruits, then fresh yellow fruit
Mouth: it is pleasantly acidulous, ready to drink, almost marine sapidity, given by the proximity of the sea.
It can be matched to risotto an a perfect wine to cheer your guests.d sea food such as crustacean soups. When it becomes a dessert wine it is perfect with desserts, typical cold cuts, and in its sparkling version is perfect with fish starters.
