The first one-liter bottle is a harmonious blend obtained mainly from Ascolana Tenera, Sargano di Fermo and Leccino olives. This oil is the result of a skilful combination of varieties, which come together to create a complex and balanced flavor, with fruity notes.
The second 500 ml bottle is a precious monovarietal of Ascolana Tenera, a jewel of our production. This oil stands out for its unique aromatic profile, with hints of almond, fresh grass and slightly spicy notes. Its elegance and finesse make it perfect for enhancing delicate dishes without exceeding the taste.
Both oils are obtained from olives harvested by hand and cold pressed in respect of tradition and the environment, ensuring a product of the highest quality.
