Monovarietale di Ascolana Tenera Our Monovarietale di Ascolana Tenera comes from the Aso Valley, from 100% Ascolana Tenera variety olives grown in our olive groves. The Alessandrini company owns about 20 hectares of olive groves located in the countryside of Monterubbiano, Moresco, and Lapedona (in the province of Fermo), where it has as many as 18.000 olive trees to date. Of these, more than 5.000 are of the Ascolana Tenera variety. The extra virgin olive oil it obtains is deep green in color, and its taste is fruity, and harmonious, with a good herbaceous hint, slightly bitter and spicy. It is characterized by a strong hint of tomato (its leaf).
